Stove Bright's alcohol-based gel goes where you want it and provides the hot flame needed to get even pellet stoves started with ease.
When used with woodstoves it won't clog catalytic converters. And naturally, it can also be used on coal stoves.

Paraffin Squares
AW Perkins Fire Starters are blocks of paraffin-impregnated wood chips. Break a couple squares off the block, put them in contact with your wood, and light them-"break n burn". They will burn 8-12 minutes to get your fire going.

Torch Stone
The black, cast-iron pot measures 8" high by 5" wide. The pot holds a non-volatile fire starting fluid like kerosene that soaks into the stone on the end of the rod.
When the stone is removed from the pot and placed under your logs it can be lit with a match.
The stone will burn about 10 minutes-long enough to set a good blaze.
